I was very happy with my first time using your mechanic and with Nicholas. He was on time, completed everything in a reasonable time, was friendly, and professional. I have never had work done on my car in which the mechanic was taking pictures and voice notes throughout, showing me what he took out of my car, his parts that went in and other potential problems for future. In this way, I feel more involved in the repair of my car and I feel with this added proof that there is a greater trust with the mechanics of this company.

He's a pro. We'd have been up the creek with someone less experienced. The job was a lot more complex than I anticipated (my car's all-wheel-drive and rear seat A/C made a lot more disassembly necessary than I'd expected to get at the high pressure power steering hose he came to replace). The weather was poor, but Ronnie brought the right part, knew how to do this complex job, and did it right.
