Honestly it's my first time ever heard of mobile car repair. I was skeptical at first about this whole ordeal, but I tried it out anyway. I'm glad that I did! The company assigned Theodore as my local mechanic to fix my inigtion switch. He's friendly, genuine, and professional. He got the job done and I'm confident in his work. Not only that the cost is cheaper than most places. I would totally use him again. Finding a right mechanic that you can trust and get the job done right is utmost crucial. Faraz was awesome. We had a mixup on scheduling but he figured out a solution that worked for both of us. Will use him and YM again.

I had the rack and pinon arm changed out of my 2004 Acura TSX - not an easy thing to do. The work is tedious and the days are muggy - but James made it work. He processed the task in about 4 hours and followed up with me on other areas that may need to be addressed as well. Based upon the fact that James has everything he needs at his disposable, I will definitely be using him again for other tasks he can complete.
