Viktor did a great job of fixing the power steering hose leak issue. He performed his work efficiently and explained the issue with the car in detail.

Viktor was professional, friendly and quick. He explained everything and ensured I understood what other work needed to be done and gave me a timeline for when the work could be done.

After scheduling conflicts arose and the appointment had to be rescheduled to a later date than I'd originally wanted, Viktor called to let me know when he had an earlier opening and fit me in right away. That flexibility was super appreciated! After changing my van's oil, he took the time to explain a timetable and priority list of other work that needs to be done - giving me more information, showing me the actual issues in a way I could understand, and a sense of my car's needs that I had not gotten from the Honda dealership just a couple weeks before. He had a great sense of humor and was easy to converse with. Very happy with his service!

Viktor was AMAZING! Not only did he do a great job replacing the brake pads, but he was very honest about pricing and what would need to be done on the car next. I will definitely be calling him again!
