Wow, where do I begin. Kory was amazing. He did everything by the book, called to verify apointmet, called to let me know he was on his way, met me at the aloted time, worked non stop to correct the problem, delt with unusual circumstances and still completed the jop timely. Kory was courteous and professional. He not only performed the service scheduled, he helped me identify some additional fixes that I could do myself, easily saving me several hundred dollars over a repair shop, and enabling me to pass emissions. All of this took much less time than scheduled, and so my charges were adjusted accordingly. Great job, Kory!
