Josh was prompt and professional. Even though my 91 car needs a special part and is unable to be fixed at this time , he was great at diagnosing at what the problem may be. I will use this service again and recommend josh.

Josh was extremely courteous and very dependable. He showed up on time, and went right to work. He was neat, and did not make a mess. He took great pains to make sure he carefully removed the door panel and kepts the wires all under control. After he left, and I realized I had another question, he was very willing to answer and help. I would definitely recommend Josh to anyone needing assistance. This was my first time using Your Mechanic, but it won't be my last. It was a very good experience.

Josh was really professional and was able to replace our starter in a reasonable amount of time, despite some complications. He came at night and had all the equipment and lights needed to do the work outside in the dark. The starter works perfectly now and we'll be contacting him again for any future repairs.

Josh got here earlier than was originally said. He went right to work but was friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the situation. Being with our AC here in Memphis during the summer months is unbearable. Plus my husband had a heart attack and needs his ac. Josh got it figured out in no time and it was not an unGodly cost. That meant, by researching mobile mechanic, my husband did not have to go sit and wait and wait on a shop. Josh is great. I WOULD RECOMMEND JOSH and YOUR MECHANIC to EVERYBODY! 👍👃👃👊👌A+++
