I am very pleased with the ease of making appointments and having the work done at home. I felt very frustrated with the challenge of reaching someone and the time involved and wasted to get the job completed because of needing additional parts which were available blocks away at one of your contracted parts stores. Both Hansel and I waited for an additional 45- to an hour to get the purchase order sent and received so he could have the parts needed to complete the job- seems you are short on people to handle answering calls and returning calls.
