Alexander was very professional and an overall great mechanic. He came and replaced my starter on my Chrysler 300 and it's not an easy job because you have to remove the steering column. He completed the job within 2 and 1/2 hours. He also showed up an hour earlier than my appointment time.I highly recommend if you need any work done request Alexander he is one of the best and honest mechanics out there.

He arrived early to the appointment, diagnosed the problem (a bad starter), and did not waste any time in replacing the part.
