Ben

This was my first experience with your company and it has restored my belief in human kind, not all people are out to get over. Ben was very knowledgeable, timely and professional. He had to wait for me to get to the location of my car but when I reached him there was no attitude and he greeted me with respect and professionalism. I will call again for any other problems I have with my car.

My first experience with Jose was outstanding. This last time things feel down a bit on the communication side. And it appears that YourMechanic fell down on gettin JOse the necessary parts in time for him to meet his scheduled time. Jose could do a btter job in staying in touch about such needed chsngs in schedule

All about Ignition Coil Replacement

Ignition coils transform low voltage electrical power 12 volts D.C. to high voltage current 50,000 volts D.C. or higher. The spark generated by the ignition coil ignites the fuel and air mixture in the engine that enables the car to start and run smoothly. If an ignition coil is not working properly, no spark will ignite the air fuel mixture, causing a misfire. A bad ignition coil can severely damage the engine or catalytic converter. If your car is equipped with “coil over plugs,” then it is recommended that you replace the spark plugs. If your car uses a single coil for the ignition system, it is not necessary to change the spark plugs.
