Maxwell is AMAZING. Was trying to get my sparkplugs,changed prior to road trip for Thanksgiving. Had to CANCEL on him/ rebook 3 times, then at last minute, asked if he could come THE DAY I was leaving, "last minute" just to have it done. Was going to run it by MB dealer as they could take me, but rant as convenient. He showed up within 45 mins. #unreal Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, very neat and respectful of my vehicle while he was working on it.
