I decided to try Your Mechanic on a whim. I was curious if the VERY reasonable quote I received would convey. See, my wife's car needed both lower front control arms - an expensive endeavor at the dealer. D-day; waiting on pins and needles, wondering if I made the right choice - enter, Terry. After 5 minutes of conversation, I was happy, blood-pressure back to normal, all is good. This was the guy. Terry had a long day, it was evening, 100 degrees, but yet he still had a funny snap and was willing to do the job and promised me it would get done no matter what. Yes, the job was finished and done correctly on that same night! I kept Terry hydrated and checked in on him every half-hour. Terry was far beyond your stereotypical mechanic. He is willing to go beyond the pale to accommodate your car needs. To say the least, I was impressed. Yeah, being impressed does NOT happen. So, to sum things up, words cannot express my gratefulness .
