Although my appointment was scheduled for Friday, Mohammed called and was able to come Thursday afternoon. He was concerned that I may have been stranded, and did not know the appointment was for a second vehicle. I was impressed with that alone. Once there he quickly diagnosed the trouble and showed me several things that was causing the vehicle to fail to start. He also recommended several items in need of repair. He was a pleasure to work with and I feel confident in hiring him again for recommended repair work.

He arrived early and spent time attempting an old school diagnosis on a 23-year-old vehicle and believe he found the problem.

As a first time customer of Your Mechanic, I did not know what to expect. I am proud to say my first experience was not disappointing. Brandon arrived early for the appointment. He was very professional and answered all questions that I had. He completed the repair in a timely manner and documented each step along the way. He did a vehicle check and provided suggestions for other minor repairs that may be needed in the future. I will certainly use Your Mechanic again, and will recommend Brandon as the mechanic.
