I would just like to say Keith is a top-notch professional. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30a. Unfortunately it's been raining throughout the night and is continuing at this moment. I figured the appt would have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Keith called me and said he would be to my home at the appointed time. I called him back and we both agreed because of the inclement weather, it would be best to come later. When Keith showed up, my car wouldn't start. He tried repeatedly to get it started. Upon further inspection he realized I needed a starter. He quickly gave me a quote for the starter. He let me know before he can go any further with his inspection the starter needs to be put in. Keith was very detailed in his explanations. When time comes to fix the starter Keith will be the mechanic I call. Thanks Keith.

NOE is awesome! I would definitely recommend NOE to anyone who is in need of assistance with their car. He arrived early; he was extremely knowledgeable; and was pleasant to work with. First Harish called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled, which worked out great for me. When he arrived got right to the inspection, and quickly found the problem.
