Honorio is a great guy, I would trust him with any work I would have on my cars. He replaced the brake pads/rotors on my '13 BMW and everything was perfect- he showed up at a convenient time as promised and explained the details of work he is going to perform, completed the work within the time he quoted and made sure with me everything was as expected. Great guy!!

My first time using this service and you're not sure how yur experience will be. Let me tell you Dan was great. Very friendly and actually was early for the appointment! He changed my rear brakes and explained everything. After finishing the job and test driving my car, he even diagnosed another issue I had been having, which had been previously detected at another shop. I'll definitely be calling on him again!

Chris was on-time, friendly and very efficient! I don't like dealing with car issues and this made the experience so much nicer. He was quicker than the quoted estimated time, and was very helpful when answering the few questions I had.

All about Brake Pad Replacement

Depending on your car’s brake system, it may use between 4 to 8 brake pads. When you step on the brake pedal, the master cylinder sends fluid under pressure to the brake calipers (which hold the brake pads). The caliper presses the brake pad against the brake rotor, causing friction that slows down the car. During normal usage of the brakes, brake pads wear out and become thinner. If the thickness of brake pads is less than 3mm, it is time to change the pads. Depending on where you drive (city driving tends to wear pads out quicker) brake pads usually last between 30,000 to 35,000 miles. Some vehicles (e.g., BMWs) are equipped with a low-pad-warning system. In these vehicles, you will also need to replace the brake sensors as part of the brake pad service.
