Everything was fine except for the piece of plastic I found under my car. I don't recognize it. Is it from my car or is it part of one of Stephan's tools?

Pete was great! I got an oil change and tire rotation on my BMW 328i. Pete arrived a few minutes early, worked fast, and was friendly. He even helped me out by providing me the service engine warning light codes since he needed to clear my oil change light anyways. I'd highly recommend Pete!

Carols was helpful, honest and pleasure to work with. He gave me a hint of what to do with my car from this point because it does need some work. I was happy because he gave me a couple pointers on how to get my car fixed with paying a lot for it.

All about Oil Change

Engine oil is the lifeblood of the engine. The oil resides in the oil pan, which is under the car attached to the bottom of the engine. All internal (moving) parts of the engine need to be lubricated by the engine oil. Inadequate lubrication will cause the parts to wear out faster and eventually lead to engine failure. An oil filter keeps the oil clean and free of debris. If the filter is not replaced on a regular basis, it will get clogged and will not be able to pass oil into the engine.
