Jim wanted to see if he could start a little early. Was at church, but could afford to get home a little earlier to help him out. He arrived while I was in my front yard. Introduced himself. I went over the issue. He explained to me the YM 'regulations' and got started on the work. Was finished before the estimated time. The work was performed approx a week ago...so far so good.
