Ross was terrific!!! He explained, at the start, what he'd do. I handed him the car keys and went back inside.
An hour later, I came out with cold water for him and he was almost done. He then went to the store for me to buy coolant, a needed light bulb and an air filter and installed them all.
He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable...didn't try to overwhelm, just explained everything to me.
