2012 Toyota Highlander 65,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This is second time Chris has done work on my vehicle. This effort was time intensive on a 2008 Highlander with 220k miles on it. Chris had some difficulty taking the shaft assembly apart. He was very conscious of the time involved and kept me informed of progress. He assured me that he was confident he could get the old CV Shaft Assembly out and the new CV Shaft Assembly installed. He did complete all of the work in less time than what was originally estimated by YM. Chris pays attention to detail and is great to work with; I would definitely recommend him for any service your car needs.

Tinashe was VERY thorough. I used him for a pre-purchase inspection. I was assigned someone else who canceled on me at the last minute. When I went to reschedule, Tinashe was available within 30 min. I booked him and he immediately drove there and checked out the car (even with a pending rain storm overhead). He listed all the major and minor things wrong with the car and called me to go through the inspection line item by line item. He estimated how much each item would cost to repair and gave me unofficial advice if the issues were regular due to the age of the car or outstanding. I plan to use him again! It seemed like I could trust him.
