As Patrick said in his profile, " I have the experience to get the job done quickly and accurately." That's exactly what he did today for my Toyota. This is my first time of using yourmechanic, folks, I’m impressed and I will definitely use it again. This is because Patrick was easy and knowledgeable to work with. I know little about cars and sometimes I ask a lot of question. Asking Patrick a question wasn't an issue compared to some mechanics that would reply to your question in a condescending manner. More so, he was professional and honest. He replaced my alternator less than an hour and checked other parts of my car to make sure all was good. He appeared friendly and humble. That's important if you're letting someone you know nothing about to work on your car. I will use it again and recommend him to others. By the way, price was good too. Thanks
