2005 Toyota Camry 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Once again, I am pleased to say that Patrick has saved the day. While tending to an-already-scheduled service, I asked Patrick about a Check-Engine Light that came on in my car just the day prior. Despite this being a new question, Patrick was able to check it out and determine what the fix was, which wound up being a faulty Fuel Injector. With utmost confidence, Patrick not only put in a call to get the part, but he also took initiative to come back and repair it. Patrick had other appointments to tend to and he could've very rightfully told me he'd come back another day. But he flexed the service in and got it done! The fact that this was accommodated is very greatly appreciated, because I could see another shop turning me away or having me make an entirely separate appointment. Thank you again! 10/10 Rating all the way.

Lucas let me know he was running behind in enough time for me to evaluate if I could continue with the appointment today, and gave me a time when he would finish his work if he did come (vs my rescheduling). I agreed to maintain the appointment, and he was absolutely true to his word. He was also polite, very professional, and left zero mess. Hope he comes back again next time.
