Pardeep was a little late to the appointment time, but informed me in advance of that and his ETA. He was nice and professional and had all necessary tools on hand in his vehicle. He completed the service very quickly and applied sticker for next service.

First time using yourmechanic and I’m sold! Wasn’t perfect, but a lot better than the regular mechanic. While I sat working in the house, Jermaine and his assistant took care of a repair that would have required dropping off the car for a day at the regular mechanic. Cheaper too. He was quite late due to a previous job that went over, which led to calls to yourmechanic to figure out what was happening, but since I was just at home working, it wasn’t too big a deal. When he arrived he apologized and was very professional and efficient. And If for some reason there are issues with the repair there’s a warranty on the work. Definitely recommend your mechanic and Jermaine.
