2016 Ram ProMaster 1500 10,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I had a large list of services because I just bought a used 16 Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 with 30K miles and was petrified to see what he was going to pull up on his tablet. Chris went over the entire truck and took that list and cut it in half, saving me hundreds of dollars, literally! We ended up performing half of what was scheduled and I was extremely happy with his suggestions and professionalism. This was a great experience and I will definitely be using Chris in the future for all of our vehicles.

After wasting almost 10 days trying to get my old starter replaced, I took a shot in the dark and tried Your Mechanic. Great experience from beginning to end. Brian exemplified what "customer service" really means. Kept me posted regarding possible delays based on the ridiculous rainy weather and unforeseen circumstances with prior jobs, which I completely understand having been in the service industry for over 35 years myself. He arrived, worked efficiently, and got me up and running in no time. Wish I had done this days earlier. Will definitely go to him for help on all of the 4 family vehicles. Johnny Showed up on time and quickly got to the bottom of my issues with our truck. It didn't take him long to figure out what was wrong and explained it to me easily. Super friendly and explained all my options. Also put each option on the website so I can see them and know what I am paying up front for the repairs.
