Hello, Jerry Roberts here. This is the second time I have used My Mechanic. Both times I have been pleased with the Professionalism. Nolan came earlier than expected, but called first. Nolan had the experience and special tooling and diagnostic equipment to perform his job. I am pleased to have found a company where I don't have to leave my car at an unknown location indefinitely. I observed Nolan performing his mission and feel confidant that with his tooling and experience I'm on the right track to fixing my truck. This call to My Mechanic was not to fix, but to give diagnostic testing results as to how I can fix my truck. I don't have the tooling and experience to isolate my kind of issue and I'm sure I would have paid far more for the results elsewhere for the diagnostic testing.
