Chris went above and beyond to make sure the service provided was the RIGHT one. Another mechanic had told me I needed shocks, but Chris did a complete inspection and noted no problems with my shock absorbers. He confirmed problem was with the EGR and because of the car's age and the state of the ?pipe? that attached to th EGR, he could not perform the work. So suggested that it would be best for an exhaust repair shop to address the issue. He went beyond the call by fixing an annoying sound from my back tire. Much appreciated! Car is fun to drive again.
