Andrew is very professional and helpful. He came in time, figured out my car’s problem, gave very objective comment and fixed it in short time. This kind of service is really helpful especially in this hard time.

I set up an appointment a couple of weeks in advance because I knew that I'd have a busy schedule and taking care of maintenance items can be a time suck. But this service was anything but sucky. Alfred came a little late, but he made up for it with excellent service and was worth the wait. It's easy to see that he puts extra care into his work, and driving across the bay to meet with me was also great! Alfred bought the parts ahead of time for me and found the correct model number and brought it to the appointment too. Alfred didn't try to upsell me on extra work and was on the way to being done in just about an hour. It was definitely worthwhile.
