Nissan Kicks 130,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Lucas arrived on time for our appointment. He test drove the automobile and was able to easily reproduce the issue. He then proceeded to diagnose the issue. He recommended retightening some bolts to hopefully eliminate the issue. He quickly did his thing and then upon completion we took a test drive and the sound was gone. Lucas had the skills to diagnose the issue and fix it simply and quickly. I highly recommend him and would use him for any service I required.

Chuck was on time (slightly early which was great) and called me ; in other words, he followed the program as given to me. He was courteous and professional. He stated the problem to resolve and checked to assure of the problem. He was careful in his work to not scratch or damage anything and promptly performed the repair. He asked me to observe the test for results and then completed the assignment. A very good experience.

Breck was timely, knowledgable and pleasant. I fully understood his findings and my options at the end of his diagoisis. Would hire again in a minute!!
