Robert was here on Saturday to replace there coolant crossover pipe on my 2007 Mini Cooper S. He fixed and then noticed something else that is wrong with the water pump and or hose that has already been installed? Robert said not to drive the car until he gets back to me? He said that he would text or call me back for sure on Saturday for sure to let me know what we are to do? All I know is that I have spent well over $1100 and I still can't drive my car? I need it fixed, and I do not feel like I should have to spend any more money? In fact I should get some money returned for the miss diagnosis from the very beginning? I found John to be a truly professional and knowlegdeable mechanic. He even worked in pouring rain to complete his job. He had to do the job twice because of faullty replacement parts. I hope he was compensated for all his lost time. You should insure that he is provided with the replacement parts required to do his job. I would recommend John every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
