2016 Mini Cooper Countryman 150,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was for an oil and filter change on my Mini Countryman...Nolan was on time, professional, and finished the service in under an hour. He has worked on my car before, and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Brett is excellent! I had a terrible first appointment with Patrick. I had to book a second appointment to finish the work that Patrick did not complete. I also added an oil change. Because Patrick did not communicate that he had the wrong part (he told me I didn't need the part after all so he didn't replace it), the same part was sent out with Brett. Brett was very apologetic and went out of his way to research the part I need and helped me come up with a plan to get my car fixed properly FINALLY!! Oil change done and new part on the way! Brett is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Be sure to book him for your appointment!! I will never use anyone else.

Such a breath of fresh air to have a maintenance professional who is a subject matter expert, professional AND honest.
