Its necessary to disconnect the side door airbag SRS, and once disconnected, its very difficult to erase the SRS code. Diego was able to use a new scanner to erase the "SRS" light in the cluster. I was pleasantly surprised. I spend many hours per week on MBenz forums and almost no one has had success erasing the SRS light. Now I have a functioning passenger side power window and no more SRS warning light in the instrument cluster.

Appt set...called and came 2-3 hrs ahead of time....husband greeted...professional looking....did 50pt inspection mostly in rain....knowledgeable and honest in evaluations quotes for repairs etc.....best service had during my 4 years of ownership of Benz....will be calling upon Brian again to do applicable repairs in near future....Great service and mechanical expertship

Michael deserves a full 5 stars for his honesty and work. I had rated him earlier at 4 stars because he broke the temperature sensor but admitted it right away and said he would return with the part and fix it at no charge, I admired his awesome honesty but was not sure if he would follow through and hence the 4 stars rating earlier. But he followed through and it was all completed and so he deserves the full 5 stars for his knowledge, experience and above all his integrity and honesty which is not common with the mechanics these days, So he needs to be recognized for that. I might give him a 4.95 stars which is not possible because he forgot to put back the tensioner pulley dust cap and could not find it later. Its a minor part and cant be bought at the store either which is annoying but I would still give him 5 stars because of his honesty, efficiency and knowledge. He was quick and efficient.
