Kenneth was great! He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He treated my car the way i would have treated it if i worked on it myself. What i really liked was that he didn't rely on the information i got from my dealer and he took the time to go through the entire diagnostic procedure from scratch to make sure we were not replacing an expensive part unnecessarily. Jeremy did everything to get things in working order, but a repair needed to be done at the shop.. He kept the original belt on, and did not install a new one. I have to bring to the shop that did not repair it properly. I hope that the charge for the belt, and possibly a few dollars because the belt could not be replaced to make it run, that I could be refunded for that portion.
