This was our first time to utilize Your Mechanic and we were quite pleased. We selected Alex for our needs based on his ratings. Turns out they were spot on and well-deserved. While we ended up spending more than we had hoped to, we feel as though Alex delivered on the work that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and we feel confident in using him for future needs and recommending him to others.

Corey came out and showed me exactly the problem so I could see for myself which most mechanics do not do. His personality was awesome and you could just tell he knew exactly what he was doing.

As a woman, a lot of mechanics have spoken down to me due to my gender, been condescending when explaining things, or just acted plain creepy towards me. I am very happy to say that I experienced none of those things with Thomas, he was professional and courteous and very informative. He let me know what was wrong with my car and took the time to explain all of the factors that led to the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. The car I had serviced was a Mercedes and it can be difficult having that car worked on without seeing a specialist that works specifically on European cars, but Thomas was very knowledgeable while also being very clear and open about what he was less familiar with regarding European cars. Will definitely have him work on my car in the future and would recommend to anyone trying to find a mechanic for their car.
