Dan was on time, thorough and professional. After checking all fuses and potential power drains and charging my battery, he cleaned the battery terminals and got me up and running. I'm not easy to deal with all the time because I require details and some people do not have good communication skills. This is the reason why I service my own vehicles as much as possible - zero patience for anything else. Benji has excellent communication, good interpersonal skills and showed patience. I had a good experience with him and when YourMechanic adjusts my account accordingly I'll be more than happy to reach out and ask him if he wouldn't mind servicing my vehicle. This guy is good. Let's see if his team has those qualities as he stated it would a different tech to conduct the service. Though wished it would be him.
