We have used Alex before and will continue to do so. We found out that the car repair center completely misdiagnosed my daughter's car problem. Alex diagnosed what was really wrong and fixed it right away. Alex's ONLY challenge is having to wade through Dallas' unpredictable traffic to make an appointment on time. However, having someone actually come to our house has made it incredibly easy for me to get multiple things done at a time and not worry about getting a car to and from a service center!!

William arrived before the appointed time and was truly a professional and had a personable disposition to him. he Tested the P/U and informed me in Simple layman's terms do I could understand . He described in detail the results of his efforts to obtain a valid test result. He even recommended where I should go and what to tell them when I arrived.
