He took the time to clearly explain where the problem was, and did not mind explaining it more than once for clarity as I'm not tech-savvy. And once he concluded, he made sure to show me what he indicated in his report, for my peace of mind and for total transparency. My experience with YourMechanic was great ! I will definitely be using them again in the future for auto maintenance on our vehicles. David was also awesome ! He was very knowledgeable and did a great job replacing the front and rear stabilizer bar bushings on our 2009 Mazda 5. He also took the time to identify some other potential issues that I will need to get addressed in the future. I highly recommend YourMechanic and David to my friends and neighbors.
