Super friendly! I already felt at ease because of the positive reviews, but super nice guy ... got everything done quickly ... showed me some future work that will need to be done on my 20-year-old / 230,000 mile care (in other words I wasn't surprised). Had a tire rotation, oil change, coolant flush, and brake system bleed. After dealing with brick and mortar scheduling issues I'll use Johnny and YourMechanic again.

His recommendation for using OEM parts are spot on, especially when required, sometimes you cannot just use aftermarket parts due to their lower standards of quality.
