As a first time user at YourMechanic.com, it was absolutely fantastic for me that Jonathan was the one sent to diagnose my vehicle issue. I felt very much at ease from the outset due to his easygoing manner. He was very detailed, as well as patient, when explaining (and illustrating) the problem, the solution and what repairing the issue entailed. I would definitely recommend Jonathan for 1st time users (or any users of YourMechanic for that matter). As I’m not sure if I will get the work done at this point, I will definitely request Jonathan if I decide to do so.

Scott was absolutely terrific with my low mileage but 11 year old kia!! During a brake replacement he found the pin in one of my calipers was stuck. Instead of making me buy a new set of calipers he spent a surprising amount of effort getting the pin unstuck. I can't thankyou enough. I work hard in a culinary job and have been missing the time my vehicle saves me in transportation. At the same time an extra four hundred dollars goes a long way for me and that is essentially what I was given by Scotts effort and expertise.

my back brakes very bad Travis showed up early and got work. I love the work that Travis does and always makes sure it is done right. I will use him for all future repairs. Thanks Travis
