I'm a first-time customer, and a real plus for me was that Peter called when he was on his way and arrived on-time. Peter analyzed and determined my door lock/latch problem almost immediately. He explained the repair needed and provided an acceptable quote. The parts were ordered and an appointment was scheduled for the work to be completed. Peter was friendly, professional, efficient and informed. Overall, a great experience.

Awesomeness!!! Had my car started in like 5 mins after he arrivied at my house! Very professional and polite as well as extremely knowledgeable in his field of mechanics! Kevin was everything I hoped for in a mechanic. He was friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly did not treat me as incapable of comprehending because I am a woman. This is extremely important to me, so I thank you for the great customer service. He spent a good while with my Kia and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening and what needs attention. While he did not resolve my main issue, he asked me to track it and provide him with more information if I could. I look forward to seeing him next week.
