Very impressed with the quality of work. Ned was on time and on budget. There were no surprise extra costs. I have to be honest, this was the first time that, I have EVER felt 'at-ease' around an auto mechanic. Jonas was thorough and straight forward with me about the issues; gave me a quote directly after doing the diagnostics on the car and, as it turned out, it cost me less than the original estimate.
