Andrew was great. There were a couple of hiccups with the schedule - cell service went down and it was raining - but we got that worked out and Andrew was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. I have to wait on a part but that's not his fault. I am very pleased with his service. I also want to mention that Manuel at the call in number also provided excellent customer service. Joel showed up on time, with all of the necessary tools for troubleshooting an odd issue. He did a great job in finding the root cause and if the parts are available outside the dealer I look forward to him completing the repairs.

Very nice and helpful, tried to rule out less expensive options before settling on what was needed. The issue wasn't easy to get to but he kept a good attitude. I will keep him in mind if I have other issues in the future.
