Robert was great; he was able to arrive ahead of schedule (after to calling to confirm that was ok) and once he arrived he quickly figured out the problem. I loved how he was able to drive out to me so I didn't have to worry about towing, and he gave me a really clear understanding of what was going on with my car. I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David.
