Kenneth was great. He was punctual, conversational, and was willing to answer any questions I had. I had stayed beside to watch the whole process as I like learning and he showed/taught me how certain things worked. He also washed my driveway after finishing the job even though I was the one who insisted I would clean it up and said it was OK. I was also the one who insisted on having the work done on my driveway instead of the street. Brett did a great job. Due to difficulties beyond his control, he was given the wrong alternator by the parts store, the job was somewhat frustrating and took longer than anticipated but he persisted and got the job done. I am pleased with Bretts performance, with the outcome of the job and with the "Your Mechanic" operation.
