2009 Infiniti FX35 78,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Car would not start so I booked Paul to come out for a diagnosis. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and he was able to answer all my questions easily. Turns out it was a dead battery, and he was able to jump the car. Afterwards he offered to follow me to the nearest store to purchase a battery. I think that was above and beyond customer service etiquette. His job was finished, and even though we didn't know where the closest store was located, he offered to follow me in case something happened. I think that's pretty impressive. Thanks Paul.

Peter was great! He is super friendly and knowledgable. He gave an explanation of everything including future repairs that were going to be needed.

David was absolutely amazing. He was on time, friendly, and explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood everything he was doing and everything he saw. He found an issue with my tires that I would have not seen and saved some major damage that could have happened. Will be booking him for all my cars in the future.
