Tim showed up early and had all the parts with him. He understood what was wrong and went right to work in inclimate weather. He got the job done in the right amount of time. He also went over the "bucket" list of things my car needed as I have a lot of deferred maintenance. He helped me pick out the most important things to take care of first as I have a limited amount of money

Car would not start so I booked Paul to come out for a diagnosis. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and he was able to answer all my questions easily. Turns out it was a dead battery, and he was able to jump the car. Afterwards he offered to follow me to the nearest store to purchase a battery. I think that was above and beyond customer service etiquette. His job was finished, and even though we didn't know where the closest store was located, he offered to follow me in case something happened. I think that's pretty impressive. Thanks Paul.

Mr Anderson is a great excellent tech he work neatly take his time work hard and steady too get the job done no breaks or lunch he is dedicated too get the job done 100 percent 1 time and 1st time I would say if u schedule appointment ask for anderson cant speak on any other tech only experience anderson and most importantly he on time thank you Mr Anderson it was nice and a pleasure working with you thank you happy new year
