Awesome - first experience with Your Mechanic and first experience with Deuwn, and I wouldn't use anyone else. He had no problem working on my car even when I was away from home (left my car keys with apartment security guard and Deuwn took care of the details). He also had no problem calling a friend (whose phone number I had left for contact) with his after-inspection update when I was in an out-of-reach timezone. Good stuff all around - he realized during the repair that one of the parts didn't actually need repair, so he cut it out of the quote and I saved money. He even told me that I need new tires - which is a service that Your Mechanic doesn't provide.

Scott was very professional. He knows his job very well. Did it in a timely manor. Scott explained what he was doing throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. If I need other repairs I would definatly ask for Scott.

Wesley did an outstanding job and has great communication skills with his customers. I will definitely be using the service again because of the great service.
