2001 Honda Odyssey 56,250 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was the first time I have used the YourMechanic service and I was impressed to say the least. After having our alternator go out on a Friday Evening I was glad to see I could have our van repaired on Sunday when the dealership told us it would be Tuesday before they could get the part in. Andrew was great, he showed up right at 9AM which was the scheduled time and finished the work within the quoted time. It was great to get a quote and schedule the service online and then have the mechanic come to our house.

The service was amazing! He went right in to fixing the car and fixed it in a timely manner. I had an unknown issue with one of the fixtures for my battery and he was able to fix it with extra parts he had!

He came, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute. Fixed the issue and was very personable. Explained how he knew what the issue was too. Very helpful. While it was only a dead battery and any mechanic could have done the same, it was nice to have somebody come to the house so I didn't have to miss too much of my limited time with my four kids.
