2004 Honda Insight 18,750 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

We were very blessed to have Clarissa as our mechanic. She was everything that I would have hoped for in a professional that would service our vehicle. She was early, kind, and knew her stuff! She answered all of my questions and was never bothered with the interruptions of our family. Clarissa was great with our kiddos. She also went the extra (two!) miles when things out of her control took longer than expected, all with a great attitude. We hope to see her again, even outside of fixing our cars! We will certainly request Clarissa for any future automotive work on our vehicles.

Miguel was awesome! He gave me great confidence as he was able to articulate the mechanical issues of my vehicle and gave me much needed security in knowing that the repairs will be done efficiently and professionally. My car is my livelihood and thanks to Miguel, I'm able to continue to provide for me and my family. Your company would do well by hiring more mechanics like Miguel. He also has a great personality.

Best possible experience! My appointment was late so it was dark. It was not optimal weather and he was on time, great with Communication, provided a quick assessment and quote. We opted to do the repair during the initial visit and he completed it and upon completion gave us some good tidbits of information about our other cars. Just friendly chit chat that I am sure will be helpful in the future. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Excellent!
