My 2001 Accord was not starting, not the battery. Thomas came by, eliminated some potential issues, and and determined the starter was bad. He had professional equipment, he was not guessing at anything. Two days later, he replaced the starter and resolved a loose connection as well. The car started once he had completed the repair. He was great, friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining things he had ruled out and why. I could not have had a better mechanic at the Honda dealership for far more money.
