Kenneth showed up early which I appreciated. He was very friendly and cordial and went right to work to replace my power window motor. Took about 40 minutes which is what I think he said it would take. When it was time to test out the motor, the window was sticking from residue that duct tape left on it from when I held it up. I had acetone to clean it up and Kenneth offered some tips on how to clean any left inside the tracks (silcone spray) and also suggested using a q-tip to stick down between the window and rubber seal to clean out what I couldn't see. We got along great! I wouldn't mind at all having Kenneth come back again for any future repairs my car might need. Thanks for everything, Kenneth!!

Paul was pleasant and efficient. He checked to make sure the alternator was charging properly after replacing the battery and offered advice on maintenance.
