Dan performed a pre-purchase inspection, and he did a great job. He arrived promptly and performed a very thorough inspection of the car. It was apparent that Dan had strong mechanical knowledge and experience, which was reassuring. During the inspection he answered the questions we had, and shared his expertise on some of the items that we had an interest in or were key mechanical components. As a result of Dan’s inspection we bought the car and felt comfortable that we got one in good mechanical condition.

This was my first time using Your Mechanic, and I was very surprised and grateful for the service. From speaking with Paul regarding the parts, etc., to having Graham come to do the work, I cannot express how pleased I am. Paul suggested I have an inspection and if I did not need the fuel pump, (as was suspected), I would not be charged for it. Graham was very prompt, and I don’t ever remember having a service person that was as nice, polite, considerate, and knowledgeable! I did not need the fuel pump, and the charges were adjusted to reflect only the inspection. The whole experience was surprising and I will definitely call again and will absolutely recommend Graham. If he is representative of your staff, you are very lucky! Thank you!
