Theodore was great. He did a great job replacing the water pump on my GMC Yukon and was able to answer all my questions on other potential fixes my car might need. Definitely will work with him again and recommend him highly.

Nice guy but never got back in touch with me in the other diagnosis he discovered. Plus the diagnosis he did was not accurate. He replaced my hood latch but said I needed another part for the hood latch lever. Well that spells to me incomplete. Seems as though he should have brought all the parts needed in case he had to replace another part in relation to the latch. I paid 167 for something that's not really complete so meaning I have to pay another 167 for another part in relation to the latch.. Just didn't sit right with me and including him saying he will call me back on his other diagnosis..
