2008 GMC Savana 2500 65,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Showed up on time and was very professional and experienced. Did in hour what would have taken me 3 or more hours to complete. Could not be happier. Will be calling Ben for all future needs.

Matthew ran into traffic this morning. He called and thought he would not be on time. But, he was. He came and had the job done before I knew it. Thank you so much, Matthew! He is a great mechanic. I will be booking him soon.

Walter was helpful and very nice to myself and my family. He also stayed until sundown to finish installing the battery. Unfortunately the battery still doesn't hold a charge and I don't know if a new AC Compressor will change that. The other suggested changes (to my wipers, etc.) make the cost too much for me to pay in the future. I might call to install the compressor (or alternator, if need be) but I'll have to have those done separately at a more payable cost. My dealings with the GMC dealer were always way too expensive and time consuming, and that's still the case. Still, I thank Walter for the time and effort to fix the problem, as it means a lot to me and my family.
